ApsteQ is a performance driven digital marketing and AI automation company. We help businesses generate qualified leads and grow revenue through paid ads, funnels, and automated sales systems. We work remotely with a strong focus on execution, accountability, and measurable results, as part of a senior, hands on team.

The role

What you'll own

Design, build, and maintain n8n workflows that automate marketing, sales, and delivery operations
Integrate APIs and services: CRM platforms, ad networks, WhatsApp, email, LLMs, Google Sheets, webhooks
Build AI agents and LLM powered automations that reduce manual work across the company
Own CRM data flows and syncs between Airtable, Supabase, Postgres, and external platforms
Monitor, debug, and improve reliability of live automations so nothing breaks silently
Write and test workflows end to end, catch edge cases, and document systems for the team
Identify bottlenecks in existing workflows and propose automation solutions

What you must bring

Hands on experience building automations in n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar no code/low code platforms, with shipped examples
Comfort with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and debugging API integrations
Basic scripting ability in JavaScript or Python, not just visual builders
Ownership mindset: you can work independently, own a system end to end, and ship without constant handholding
Fluent written English

Nice to have

Bonus points for

Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, others) and AI agent patterns
Postgres, Supabase, or relational database experience
Prior agency or SaaS operations background
Experience automating marketing or sales workflows at scale
Comfort with n8n (we use it; prior n8n experience cuts ramp time in half)

This is a hands on execution role for builders who have actually shipped working automations. If you have only theoretical knowledge, have never personally built and deployed a working automation, or prefer only visual no code tools without scripting, this is not the right fit yet.
